U Style Salon is committed to the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our clients. Before your appointment, take a moment to review important information regarding cancellations, returns, and other policies.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a call and let us know. Your stylist will evaluate the situation depending on availability and reschedule if necessary.

 

No fee will be charged for cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment time. All clients, for cancellation last minute or same day of the appointment, will be charged 100% of the service price.

Return / Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on retail products purchased in our salon. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of the original purchase date. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

 

Similarly, we do not offer refunds on our services. If you are unhappy with a service you received in our salon, please let us know as soon as possible. Each case is evaluated on an individual basis, and we will determine how to proceed from there. We make our best effort to satisfy our clients!
